After all, they become popular for a reason. Everyone has a go-to brand, whether it's a name brand or off-brand. If you are spending money, chances are you are supporting some type of brand. Whether it's a small business brand, name brand, or off-brand, brands are everywhere. Everyone has a specific one they love, but not every generation has the same go-tos. These 15 brands are Boomer favorites according to a recent study.

To create a list of the 15 brands that are Boomers' favorites, Moms Who Think consulted the recent study done by Yougov.com. From there, we narrowed down the popularity based on Baby Boomers and focused on the top 15.

Generations are narrowed down by grouping people who are born around the same time. Typically, each generation is narrowed down to 20-year gaps.

Baby Boomers are defined as the group of people born between the ages of 1946 to 1964. Right now, they are between the ages of 57 to 75 years old. Many of their favorite brands have been around most of their lives. Therefore, it makes sense that these brands are the ones they reach for the most often. Let's take a look at the 15 brands that are Boomer favorites.

You can't hear Pillsbury without conjuring up images of Pillsbury Doughboy in your mind. This brand has been around since 1869 and has been a part of everyday family kitchens in more ways than one. Whether you are making a pie, pizza, or cookies, Pillsbury is a brand you can count on. That is why this company is the first of the brands that are Boomer favorites.

The Kleenex brand came to the scene in the 1920s. This was during World War I with a crepe paper. From there Kotex and disposable tissues were developed. Which grew to become the face of Kleenex.

Quaker Oats has been through many changes since the beginning. The brand began in 1877 with its first trademark. This trademark was for a breakfast cereal, with the man in 'Quaker Garb.' Honesty was meant to be the trademark of this brand.
